Belle Tire

I made a appointment for tires and found out I needed new shocks on my car. When I bought my car I knew it was leaking but not bad at the moment a couple of years ago. So it was time to replace them. Also needed alignment they gave me a very fair price on that. They was very professional from start to finish. I would recommend this belle tire to anyone. I have dealt with discount tire for many years and will not be returning. Belle tire treats you with respect when you walk in the door and when you are leaving. Thank you for talking care of me when I brought my escape in today. It truly drives so much better and I feel more at ease knowing I have better tires and everything it taking care of. You all are awesome.

Needed a quick last minute fix with a nail in my tire and these guys took my car in with about an hour and 10 before close. Got it done in 20 mins and were very nice and helpful! Thank you x1000!!

Came in because I’ve got some vibration in my front end , needed my tires balanced . The guy proceeded to measure my tire depth and then told me my tread is too low and they wouldn’t balance them . That’s ridiculous man . Can’t even go to a shop to get what you need without them trying to force you to buy something else . Don’t understand what’s so hard about doing business when you have a customer willing to pay for the work they need . Will never come to Belle Tire again . Absolutely terrible service .

Purchase tires and had them installed yesterday Tuesday May 12 leaving the shop at 4:30 pm. Drove from Livonia mi to Troy mi to pick up my wife and immediately notice the tire is completely flat. Call belle tire at 5:45pm and was told to figure it out they close at 6pm. After spending hundreds of dollars for New tires I used my last tow to get home. Now I'm being told to pay for a tow back to their shop and they'll fix the new tire for free. It hasn't been free for me at all. So currently I'm waiting for someone to respond about the solution to the problem because I refuse to pay to tow a car back to a shop after spending hundreds of dollars for New tires. Honestly, I drove the car in and had been driving the car on bad tires i could have saved hundreds of dollars and just continued to drive Now I'm not driving an expected to spend more money to get the car to the shop. Ridiculous.

The guys here are always nice, and are happy to explain when I have questions. They've always gotten my car back in working order and driving much better than before I took it in. The most recent round of repairs were particularly difficult, and even though they can't buy the part I need (which is no fault of their own, I've looked myself and the part is genuinely just impossible to find) they've gone above and beyond in referring me to welders and junkyards I could check with. Bring your vehicle here for peace of mind that you've got a good team working on it.
